Cocktails Catering is growing and looking for great people. We recognize the power that food has to bring people together and we believe that every meal is a special event. EVENT MANAGER | LEAD SERVER

  • Event Managers/Lead Servers work in venues to ensure the perfect execution of dinners, receptions and events that require food and beverages.

  • Event Managers/Lead Servers are in charge of the team for these events, making sure that the tables are set correctly, the food is presented well, the bar runs smoothly and service goes off without a hitch.

  • Part of the team that loads and unloads company vehicles with equipment and necessary items to make the event spectacular.

Waitering

SERVER

  • Depending on the type of event, servers can set up buffets, stations and dining tables with linen, glassware and silverware, serve guests and remove each round of plates. 

  • Cake and water service are frequently a responsibility also.

  • After service, servers are also responsible for clean up and breakdown of the area and are part of the team that loads (and unloads) company vehicles with equipment and necessary items to make the event spectacular and unforgettable.

BARTENDER

  • Sets up bar(s) and prepares alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests.

  • Assesses the guest's needs and preferences, and makes recommendations.

  • Checks identification and confirms that it meets legal requirements.

  • Restocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies, and breaks down the bar at the end of the event.

  • Part of the team that loads and unloads company vehicles with equipment and necessary items to make the event spectacular and unforgettable.

  • *At Cocktails Catering we require our bartenders to be in possession of a Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certification *

Organizing Boxes

WAREHOUSE

  • Duties include, but are not inclusive of loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders in accordance with pack sheets, cleaning equipment, dish pit duties, etc.

  • *Must have valid driver license

CHEF

  • ​Specific duties depend on the type of menu and venue contracted, but core duties are consistent.

  • Preparation and presentation while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

SALES

  • Part of a team that works directly with clients and contractors.

  • Discuss food & beverage needs for clients event.

  • Must be computer savvy and personable.

  • *Hours may vary*

MARKETING

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Digital marketing and social media experience.

  • Familiar with Wix Analytics. Knowledge of SEO/Google AdWords.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Values the opportunity to grow and advance both personally and professionally.
