HUB 925 is an exclusive, shared office space where entrepreneurs and independent or mobile professionals work in an inspiring and productive co-working atmosphere.
HUB 925 is also an inviting place to meet, brainstorm or celebrate life's events with our vitalizing, refined-industrial style furnishings. We offer conference/meeting rooms and event/party venue rentals to both members and non-members alike.
We are located in the popular Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, Florida, just off I-4, halfway between Disney and Universal.
Access to the space is limited to members, their guests and pre-booked meetings/events and day passes only. Please schedule an appointment in advance to tour the space.
INCLUDED: Access 30 min before and after event.
RENTAL DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
50% required at time of booking, final payment due
14 days prior to event.
$250 Security Deposit due 72 hours prior to event via
credit card authorization or cash. Deposit is fully refundable
if no damage is incurred and deposit conditions are met.
0-30 days from event - forfeiture of deposit; 30 or more days
from event -refund of deposit less $100 service fee.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Bring in your own food and beverage or hire the caterer
of your choice. All events serving food and beverage are
required to pay a cleaning fee of $100.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT:
Bring in your own playlist and speaker or hire a DJ,
band or other entertainment. Hub 925 is happy to
provide suggested vendors.

FRIDAY/SATURDAY EVENINGS, FULL FACILITY RENTAL (AFTER 7 PM)
$200/hour*, 3 hour minimum
Note: $500 security deposit applies when alcohol is being served for bookings past 10 pm.
SUNDAY - THURSDAY EVENINGS (AFTER 7 PM) -OR-
DAYTIME SATURDAY/SUNDAY, FULL FACILITY RENTAL (BEFORE 7 PM)
$150/hour*, 3 hour minimum
On Saturdays, daytime events must end by 6 pm.
FULL DAY RATE: $1500/day8 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Sunday
*Does not include mandatory cleaning fee of $100

SEATING CONFIGURATIONS: Arrange anything from formal training/seminar tables to a lively reception/bar
environment or a cozy living room feel. Hub 925 comes fully furnished with 3 couches,
12 club chairs with matching cocktail tables, Eight 60 inch seminar tables that seat 2 people each, 2 "L" shaped
benches that each seat 4, a graffiti tunnel with 7 foot table and bench seating for up to 10,
2 Trough tables that each seat 8 and hold up to 72 bottles or cans covered in ice in the center of the table.
Also available for use is a conference table and 10 chairs which is located in the conference room.
In case your counting, that's seating for 78 if you used all existing furniture.
Whatever you don't need can be removed and stored until after your event. (Additional fee may apply).
